Two of our learners proudly took part in an annual conference organised by one of the best UK social care providers. The experience was a brilliant opportunity to practice and develop relevant life skills.
Regent College is proud to be part of National Care Group. Its annual conference welcomed over 150 professionals to Radisson Blu, East Midlands Airport to connect, reflect, and plan.
Our role on the day began with two learners, Sam and Kai, proudly being part of the Meet and Greet Team. They practiced their communication and hospitality skills by welcoming colleagues at the registration desk and guiding them to the networking zones.
Sam and Kai joined senior leaders to present a workshop to conference guests titled ‘Quality Doesn’t Need to Cost the Earth’. The workshop received excellent feedback from all attendees. It was a great opportunity for Sam and Kai to practice their presentation skills.
They also assisted at the Regent College Network Zone throughout the day, supporting tutors and speaking to guests who visited our stand.
We’re extremely proud of Sam and Kai. They did a very professional job, received great feedback, and represented Regent College brilliantly!
